For more than three decades, the Counter Narcotics and Terrorism Operational Medical Support (CONTOMS) Program has provided nationally recognized medical education for tactical EMS professionals, physicians, paramedics, and other public safety personnel. CHEP Professional Services serves as the program's administrative and operational partner, providing the infrastructure that supports successful course delivery nationwide.
