Built for execution.

Driven by purpose.

About Us

CHEP Professional Services delivers conferences, training programs, and organizational initiatives with the structure and precision required when execution matters.

The work also serves a broader purpose.

Revenue generated through our services helps fund CHEP’s veteran support initiatives, extending the impact of each engagement beyond the immediate program.

This model allows us to operate with the standards of a professional services firm while contributing to something larger than the work itself.

CHEP's story began in 1990 with a commitment to education. Founded as the Chesapeake Health Education Program, CHEP provided professional education, training, and continuing education opportunities for healthcare, social service, and government professionals. Over the years, that work expanded to include nationally recognized conferences, accreditation services, and professional development programs.

As community needs evolved, so did our mission. CHEP broadened its impact by establishing transitional housing and supportive services for Veterans experiencing homelessness, becoming a trusted provider of housing, case management, and wraparound support that helps Veterans rebuild stable, independent lives.

In 2024, CHEP Professional Services was created to carry forward the organization's decades of experience in education, conferences, accreditation, marketing, and organizational support. Today, we partner with nonprofits, businesses, associations, and government agencies to deliver practical solutions while generating revenue that helps sustain CHEP's mission to serve Veterans experiencing homelessness.

Today, that same experience helps other organizations succeed while supporting CHEP's mission to serve Veterans.
